Reinstatement of Presidential ban on off-shore drilling
Reversal of the horrendous anti-environmental legislation and decrees
Appointment of judges (especially Supreme Court) who are not against all that is good and just
2. An executive order ending the funding of all 501(c)(3)s "social programs"
3. An executive order selecting an American language dictionary who's definitions are to be used in all branches of local and federal govt.
4. An executive order reaffirming a republic form of govt requiring judicial review PRIOR to be introduced for enactment.
5. An executive order calling for harsh penalties for govt employees that refuse to serve. (i.e. any excuse other than dead for being absent for a vote)
6. An executive order requiring representatives to
7. An executive order calling for the "Bill of Rights" of both federal and State constitutions be prominently displayed in every court room.
8. An executive order ending the self oversight of the branches of govt both fed and local
9 An executive order ending the war on drugs.
10. An executive order abolishing the unconstitutional police departments and changing to a system of enlisted with the authority to impose a draft if required and no career positions.
11. An executive order requiring a concise reorganization and a Title devoted to all the terms and words used throughout.
12 An executive order banning the existence of the BAR association and other such unconstitutional organizations that prohibit the constitutional right to engage or refrain from engaging in contract or legal employment.
13. An executive order to incarcerate all people who's name begin with F. G. H or R, and all people with brown hair and red highlights and any person born with eight fingers and two thumbs.
Legislation making it easier for 3rd party candidates to get on ballots, funding, and in debates. (again, I won't hold my breath) Heck, banning of political parties!!!
Limiting all campaign activities to one year prior to election. (Boring....)
Health care. It's one of the major reason people go bankupt in America. Some honest would be nice to.
Please-!.. these are politicians not doctors they no nothing about physiology or medicine and should stay out of this field. For the amount of time they walk around with their heads up each others a$$es they should be experts in the field of proctology but they still don't know $hit.
Why?
Do have 8 finger and two thumbs? 13 was a joke but would pass with flying colors with either candidate. The others wouldn't because they are politicians and are above the law. Just like everyone else deserve to get paid wether they do their jobs or not.
The rest are about govt accountability adherence to the constitution and freedom from an oppressive govt. Each one constitutional on their face most self explanatory.
Can you elaborate?
Words instead of guns diplomacy.
Health care for all US citizens regardless of pre-existing conditions and income.
Jump into green technology and give those who were in manufacturing jobs that don't pollute or move to China.
Make education affordable. Give big tax breaks to students paying off student loans.
Stop the tax cuts for the wealthy and end corporate welfare!

If the person is a jerk, he/she will eventually be voted out/defeated.
I want Universal Healthcare. It's one of the best investments America can make in the American people, and future of the country.
Better education. Fully funded higher education/college. Another major investment of the American people and the future. Invest in the people and the people will produce.
End to the War on Drugs. It was a scam from the begginning.
Implimentation of the all inclusive Fair Tax. If it is not messed with, and implimented as written, it would work.
Raise the minimum wage.
I'll think of more, later.
1. Why limit terms of congress or judges? Why force our the good because of a few bad apples?
2. What have you got against non-profits?
3. American language dictionary??
4. ???
5. ???
6. ???
7. ???
8. Who do you propose to do this?
9. One we agree on
10. What???
11. What??
12 Are you kidding me???
Elimination of all non constitutionally mandated government agencies and immediate review of all non congressionally directed laws and regulations. Forcing all government bills to start off with the part of the Constitution they pertain too would eliminate over 80% of the waste that slimes out of DC too.
I don't like term limits but considering that the bad apples far out number the tiny handful of congressmen/senators who actually do their mandated duties, it would be a good start.
2. I have nothing against non-profits I am against funding them especially when the non-profit is linked to a Nevada corporation or uses most of their resources lobbying our govt for more money or to violate my rights.
Our govt shouldn't be funding private research that leads to profit. A good case in point is Aids research. If I hire you to develop something for my company I the rights to it. If our govt who is representing the people hire you and provide the money to develop a product, cure , vaccine whatever we should own it.
3. Our govt is based upon a written constitution that consists of words. When we have to wonder what "is" is there is a problem. At the lowest level of out court and judicial system peoples rights are being violated in ways which money cannot compensate. In order for justice to be served and congress to write effective laws they need to be written with words that are clearly defined. When congress defines a word one way and the judiciary defines it another the whole process is a waste of time.
4. The basic premise of our govt was to maintain the individual rights of each citizen regardless of the size of the group. A republic not a democracy. For example if everyone thought that red-heads should not have the same rights we should not be able to vote their rights away because we are a majority. There are a number of "laws" that have been enacted over the past 50+ years that are about equal to that. By having the constitutionality reviewed by the Supreme Court prior to enactment will save us a considerable amount of money and prevent congress form approving unconstitutional acts in the first place. Not too mention prevent the violation of the "red-heads'" rights in the excessively lengthy process as they fight to get it to the Supreme Court.
5. When we elect someone to do a job or if they are hired by our govt we should expect them to show up for work and be competent enough to do the job. I know of no other jobs other than govt positions where you can shirk the majority of your responsibilities and receive no reprimand for your actions and still get a paycheck. These people need to be held accountable for their actions or lack thereof.
6. Oops. Frontal lobe flatulence. Sorry I don't recall what I was thinking at the moment.
7. If you were to sit in any court room in America you would be appalled by the flagrant abuses of the basic rights of the people. The constitution is what the judges take an oath to uphold. Any other laws "notwithstanding" with all the garbage adorning the court room walls and the cry to eliminate the 10 Commandments etc etc.. IMO there is nothing more appropriate than the verbatim text of the Bill or RIghts to be displayed in the courtroom for the benefit of the citizens, attorneys and the judges. Chances are the governor of your state and many of the judges have never even read your states constitution.
8. We the people. You wouldn't have a two year old babysit your two year old would you? Self oversight was an intentional misconstruction of the constitution. It was intended to help maintain decorum and public confidence in the removal of these people for wrong doing and has become a get out of jail free ticket for those who are supposed to know and uphold the law. It doesn't matter how obvious and intentional the crimes committed by some of these people the "internal investigations" consistently fail to provide justice for their victims or punishment for the guilty. No govt entity should have self oversight.
9. Getting rid of this will end the funding for numerous 501(c)(3)s at the same time. Hundreds of millions saved.
10. The creation of a police department was never considered in the constitution and the fears of such an armed military has come true. We can debate on the numbers for years but the fact is that there is enough of a majority that are acting way beyond there authority committing crimes against people on a regular basis. In order to have a more effective and just states militia we need a different system. A system like our military where you cannot be refused your rights to serve and your wages are that of a public servant. The majority of the duties of the police today make them nothing more than armed revenue collectors. We have become a police state. We don't need an armed military to investigate auto accidents or man speed traps. We have DMV's, DOT's and DHTS that can and should be doing those jobs.
11. Oops Sorry. Reorganization of The United States Codes. Congress has enacted too many contradicting "laws" scattered throughout the 50 Titles and here again we are face with multiple definitions for single words or phrases and therefore have made most of it a worthless rag we republish every few years. There needs to be a single title devoted to these definitions and the entire code structure needs to be refined to consolidate and remove "laws" that had been repealed decades ago.
12. Can you name a single benefit to the people that is gained by such an unconditional organization. How can you receive an impartial jury when the prosecution, defense and judge are all part of the same association. If you sit in any court in America you will see that very rarely is law being practiced or tried. Many of the rights that have been solidified or given a name like "Miranda rights" came about from people with no college or "legal training" The only part of the constitution that addresses this would be the 14th amendment. It is unconstitutional and a fraud.
And get it right..
2 one we could belive [that would be a good change]
3 one who would follow thr constitution
