Now tell me a little something-something here: doesn't Obama say we are not red; we are not blue; we are the red, white and blue
When are people going to stop trying to divide this Country? Abraham Lincoln would be furious to hear this kind of talk going on. Why not really say what you mean. What you REALLY mean is the North and the South, so why use euphemisms. Just SAY it, for Pete's sake.
Those who do this ought to be ashamed. Of course, they are not.
PEOPLE
I did not have fun!
I was showing that the man can win all he wants!
and we still get the WHITEHOUSE back!
must people take things so literal?
Why not red and blue?
And us in the center, purple.
This is a false myth that's been thoroughly disproven since the 2006 election. Somebody's been drinking the rightwing Kook-Aid. On virtually every single issue of the day, Americans side overwhelmingly with progressive ideals, except national security, and that one could be easily won simply by discussing the utter failures of the GOP in this area.
WTF is a "centrist" anyway? Someone who really can't make up their minds and is afraid to commit to any particular set of guiding principles? And, you think THAT'S a majority view in this country? Not.
