Another sleepless night

I posted a question about interrupted sleep yesterday. I think it was kind ironic that I was again awaken because of some criminal trying to break in to the in laws place after I posted that. I am not sure if the person was just trying to hide or actually trying to break in. But they was at a place they should of never of been. I do know there was five police cars that showed up to talk to my sister in law after she phoned it in. Plus a police chopper searching the area. The kind that lights up several yards at once. If you are like me and light wakes you. This police chopper would of woken you. It did me.

I was watching some horror movie on Sci - fi with my youngest boy. When my husbands oldest niece came over and knocked on my door. I could tell she was upset. She told me someone had tried breaking in the house. Her mother heard them on the back porch. So, she grabbed a big kitchen knife and slipped out the door. She said she happen to see someone slouching over on the pool deck. (A Florida room separates my sister in laws back porch and my father in laws pool and back door.) She said she hollered out at the person. The person ran and she ran after them. She slipped and hurt her hip on the pool deck. The person who ran disappeared in the darkness. her mother called the cops. She ran to my place across the street. I called my husband who was on call at work.

The only information I know right now was there was someone across the main highway we live near by was wanted by the police. As there were many cop cruisers over there. I just hope whomever they were looking for was caught.
