My points look so lonely now!

I love cashing out for a gift card, but my points (only 6 of them at the moment) just look so small and sad!  LOL!  How is everyone else doing points wise?  I'm loving Gather!  I was trying for the cash option, but now I think I've decided to stick with the gift cards even if I do qualify with 3000 points this month.  Especially if they are adding a PayPal feature!  Woot!  Who else is striving for 3000 or close to a gift card?  I'd love to come check out your stuff and do what I can to boost your points!

I know that feeling well when I cash out...but it makes up for it when the check comes in the mail. Cha-ching! I'm currently at $111...with $43 of that coming from posting 190 pictures in one day during the 10 point promotion...along with 700 views and 450 comments. I've got to get a lot more up...so i can make even more cash!

yay, i hate that feeling! LOL I have 2 GC for target coming one for $50 and one for $25 then i almost have enough for $50 which will probably be tomorrow. I was trying for 3000 but with this promotion i lost track of my points...oh well!

I hate that feeling as well. I'm getting close to a $25 gift card(probably to Target), but am trying to decide if I want to go for $50. Either way, I don't cash out until I have at least a few points over(like 50 or so) the cashout amount, so the single digit points don't look so lonely.

Janet I think you should cash out because you never know when something may happen. Gather could raise its values, for example. Cash those out!

I'm going to have to post some photos. I really need gift cards for Christmas this year. I finally cashed out for a $50 gift card to Target today. It took about a month or so to earn it. With the photo promotion going on, I hope I'll get another $25 card soon.

I am showing 1,882 pts this morning. I've cashed out for 2-$25 amazon this month. If my calculations are right with some point wins and the promotions I think I am still on track for the cash option with 2,474 earned so far this month outside of wins and promotions. I have posted 187 photos so far in the promo and have 2 photo essays I want to do today. I am hoping for enough points by the end of the month for a $50 amazon.

I would still like to get the 3000+, but I don't think I'll manage that. I am, however, excited that they are adding the PayPal redemption option. I think that will be a good thing for a lot of people. I suspect that they are adding it to help improve the quality of posts (since the push to reach the "magic number" sometimes prompts some people to post a lot of random stuff).

Hey Rhonda, I have been on Gather since July 15 and have cashed out for 2 gift cards already. I have no idea why my points are racking up so fast... I guess it's because I make myself so visible by commenting on as many posts and pictures as I possibly can.... Good luck, sweetie!
