Your last chance to grill, what are you all cooking for Labor Day?
I want to try out the new Grill Masters for Salmon from McCormick (I think that was the company). I like their seasonings for steak but we are big salmon lovers. I need to keep it simple and usually get a bottled marinade but I thought maybe the spices will liven up the salmon and won't blackened.
Plus I'll do grilled corn the way my hubby likes it. You can find my secrets at Prevention. I lost the original recipe but we make due with some other methods.
Last but not least my mom's coleslaw. Lite on the mayo because the addition of crushed pineapple makes a nice dressing for the cabbage, carrots and raisins. I like to plump the raisins in the pineapple juice before finishing the salad.
