- One pre-made Angel Food cake (either plain or strawberry flavoured - I used the strawberry here)
- 1 large package of raspberry Jello (I used sugar-free)
- 2 containers of Cool Whip (I used fat-free)
- 1 12oz package of fresh raspberries

Mix jello according to instructions. Before refrigerating, fold in 1 container of Cool Whip. Pour into pan on top of cake pieces, then top with fresh raspberries (or you can mix the berries into the jello mixture before pouring it into the pan - I don't so the berries don't get damaged).
Place in the fridge so the jello sets. After 4 hours, remove from the fridge and spread the 2nd container of Cool Whip over the top. Cut and serve!
This is one of my favourite desserts. I also make a key lime version of it.
