Okay, maybe not so much for the profit part, unless you placed highly at the first annual Macquarie Bodyboarders competition.
For a summers day it was a wee little bit breezy. Which probably made it excellent weather for spectators, but I don't think it helped the competitors.
The event took place on Redhead beach, near Newcastle.
