It's been a crazy week - but every week is crazy with three children 4 and under! Today we went to the park and to Walmart, which should count as exercise for today :). Breakfast was a slice of zucchini bread and two slices of cantaloupe, along with chocolate milk. Midmorning, we all had yogurt for a snack. Lunchtime was a cheese and tomato quesadilla and grapes. Dinner was roasted chicken and potatoes, green beans, and sauteed zucchini and summer squash. So I got my fruits and veggies in!
One of my biggest dieting tricks is to just drink water. After having skim milk with breakfast, I just drink water during meals and between. I used to hate to drink water, but I taught myself to in college when I needed to lose weight before the wedding. Now, flavored drinks just taste too sweet!
