"You earn 1 point for searching, 2 points for rating, and 3 points for commenting, but the cap for each unique search is 4 points. The value for the points is 6,500 points = $25, or up to 25,000 points = $100."

Got this from another article on the same thing. Sounds like it takes a long time to me.
