Good News To Share With Members of Boomertowne

Well, you could knock me over with a feather.  While I was playing Lucky Letters this morning, a miracle happened.  My May 8th redemption for a $50 Visa gift card changed from pending to shipped 8/19/08.  It's my hubby's birthday today too, so it is definitely a Lucky Day!

Just wanted to share this good news with all my patient BT friends here on Gather.  I must say that I have to eat a little crow for saying out loud that I had lost hope of ever receiving my gift card.  Boomertowne is still alive and well.  I did check my email which confirmed the ship date.  Hope you all start seeing your gift cards soon too!

Congratulations! That's great news! I'm waiting on several cards, but the earliest one is from May 28th. I think my husband's earliest is from May 23rd.

I'm glad you all stopped to hear the good news and thanks for the good wishes. Yes, I hope they get caught up with the other 5,000 too! My next one is June 2, so I figure that will take some time to receive since they have so many May cards to send out. Good luck to all of you!

You probably got the ONLY card available for the rest of this year! I had checked on Monday but mine from the 15th of May is still pending as are the others I have ordered since then. I've cut down to checking twice a week now and reading some of the posts on the discussion boards.

That is wonderful. I had pretty much stopped participating on there because I kept hearing no one was getting their rewards, I am glad to hear that it is on its way for you.

Today is the 21st of May and I did receive my card in the mail today. I hope all of you will be receiving yours soon. I just wanted to give you all some hope when it seemed like all hope was lost.
