Back from my weekend trip!

I got back from Asland/Medford, Oregon yesterday evening. I had such a blast! I took a few pictures (which will be posted!) And my friends got a TON more, so I need to bug them for the photos! It took us about 2 1/2 hours to get there from home, and we didn't get lost once, nor did we have ANY close calls of any kind. Didn't even run into any retard-drivers, until the way home. I'm honestly pretty familiar with both cities now, which is so cool! (moreso Medford, than Ashland, since we lodged in Medford.)

Liz R. and I spent the weekend in a Travelodge Motel with a POOL! Which was sooo amazing since the first day we were there it was 112, and the second day it was 107. :( We found the Rogue Valley Mall, and spent some of an afternoon there. Both nights we spent in Ashland at our friend Cedes's house. (Her name is short for MERcedes.) Her two friends Le and Kelly were there too. FUN girls! We smoked "Shisha"(?) out of a Hookah. It's Tobacco with molasass and flavoring. We had fruit punch, mango, and Cherry. Liz and I had never smoked "Shisha" before, and thought that it was pretty cool. She wants to get a Hookah now.

The first night we stayed til about 1:something (AM), and trecked home to Medford (about 15 minute drive) all zombied out. That was fun. I'm the only one (other than Kelly) who drives. The second night it was almost 3am before we left Le on the balcony of their apartment. Sleep deprived, dazed, exhausted. I had SUCH a throbbing headache.. from the smoke, Liz's non-stop talking (pausing long enough to inhale and keep going) and lack of sleep. But it was amazing. I got to see parts of Oregon I hadn't seen before, and I spent it with 4 wonderful girl friends of mine! It was such a relaxing weekend, with my husband and baby at home. Honestly, when I woke up this morning, I wished I was back there. HAHA! I did miss my kids, though. :D
