This is the Blue Belle Inn's lunch menu for Monday. We have a new item on the menu again, and I'm curious to hear what people think, and what you would order if you were here. Since all the menu items are new to you, I'm open to any suggestions. The food is already made, so I am primarily wanting to know if the descriptions sound appetizing and if it makes you want to order one item more than another. Thanks in advance! Raspberry Peach Chicken
Our raspberry peach chicken is summer at its best...
a seasoned chicken breast filet topped
with a raspberry peach puree made with summer fresh raspberries and
juicy, ripe peaches, and spiked with Peach schnapps.
Served on a bed of long-grain and wild rice with a green leaf lettuce salad and roll.

Cottage Pie with a Thatched Roof
Sherrie brought this recipe back from a teahouse in Wales...We start with a
wonderfully seasoned beef mixture similar to ground beef stroganoff,
and top it with a "roof" of homemade mashed potatoes sprinkled
with shredded cheddar. Served in individual crocks with a salad and a roll.
Atlantic Salmon with Cucumber Dill Sauce
Our delightful Atlantic salmon burgers may look like traditional
burgers but they're made
with 100% Atlantic salmon, seasoned with lemon pepper, freshly grilled
and served with a garden fresh cucumber dill sauce and a twist of lemon.
Served on a bed of long grain and wild rice with a salad and a roll.
Roast Pork & Parmesan Filled Cannelloni
A wonderful Italian dish -- we start by roasting a pork loin in white wine until it's
melt in your mouth tender, mix it with Parmesan cheese and a host of
delectable seasonings, and wrap it in pasta.
We bake the cannelloni in a delicious cream sauce made
with Swiss cheese and add an herb-scented red sauce.
Sprinkled with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese and served
with a salad and a roll.
Very Berry Chicken Salad
Our very berry salad is perched on a hearty bed of green leaf lettuce
topped with bite-sized bits of seasoned chicken breast,
garden fresh strawberries and raspberries, cucumbers,
slivers of red cabbage and our delicious,
homemade, low-fat Creamy Raspberry dressing.
Served with a roll.

Seriously, that raspberry peach chicken has me drooling.
I kept looking back to see what I would try first. It would be a tough choice between the cannelloni and salmon, I think.
And the cannelloni for another day!
Can I have some for breakfast?
