A week ago, the kids and I went with some friends to go hang out at Lake Ming and have a relaxing day of fun. The lake was closed to motorboats that day so a couple of people brought kayaks and a small sailboat. My kids didn't have enough nerve to try a kayak that day but they had a lot of fun playing in the water (and they got a shower when they got home, the water is a little nasty!). Here are some pictures from the day.
I'm hoping that my kids feel more comfortable and will try it next time. :)
I used to love kayaking when I was a teenager.... would love an opportunity to try it now...and if I could do it without it causing my back to flare up, would go buy one
