My Television Is Haunted!

Tonight while watching a ghost movie called, Shutter, we lost the picture.  We called the cable television, and they told us how to reset it.  We started it again.  Next, the whole cable went out.  The television had to reboot.  Fine, then, it did it again, but this time, channels started changing.  It was changing on its own.  We had to reboot the system again. 

Our television is only two months old.  We had to reset the television five times to watch this movie.  Cable, never heard of such a thing.  So?

Moral:  Don't watch "Shutter."

By the way, this is true!  I know I make up a lot of crazy stuff, but this happened not five minutes ago.

Interesting. Shutter isn't that scary....at least to me it is rather mild....but then I sometimes watch the most grotesque, scary movies over breakfast or dinner and it doesn't faze me.

My tv did that before. It would go on and off all on its own and even flip through the channels. I forgot what was wrong with it but the tv repairman fixed it. I swore it was possessed but he said it wasn't.

Sounds like a glitch at the Cable Company, especially if you have Comcast. What do you mean you make up stuff? Don'd disillusion me about La La Land at this late date! I am really happy when I go there.

My daughter just moved and had her dish reinstalled - for the first 3 days it kept doing this same thing. The dish guy finally came out and fixed it. I don't know what he had to do to it (holy water???)

I have never seen anything like that happen while watching a movie, but I guess I would have certainly wondered myself if the blasted thing was haunted. lol!

That is strang Maybe Holy water would help. But don't get it in the T V . T V don't like water in them. I know that for sure. I had a plant sitting on my T V years ago and I over watered the plant and the water ran down in the TV and it blew up. No more T V.

I have friends who bought their home from a man (who died) who smoked cigars and hated TV (he thought TV was a waste of brain power). My friends experience their TV going off quite often and when it does, they get a whiff of cigar smoke. True story!
