If we truly knew ourselves we would laugh and laugh and go through life with a smile. To truly know ourselves we must go within - within to the silence. Silence is the beauty of action; and from silence flows love. From love flows celebration, and we would laugh and laugh.

Well said, chrisjerri! I've been doing the gratefulness meditation, which is simply "Thank you for my life, just as it is". It's the "just as it is" part that was hardest to be grateful for, but when you look at it from all sides, it really is true. There's always something to be grateful for, and to celebrate, even on the most stressful of days, isn't there?
