It's Friday again! Woohoo!!
A filling in my farthest back tooth on the bottom left side fell out Saturday. Oh joy. I had it refilled and in January when my insurance resets to $0, I'll have to get a root-canal. Fun. Fun.
Monday night, about 11pm on my way to work, I stopped in at the gas station. I didn't pay attention to the group of people standing by the ice cream machine as I made my way to the back to get my Pepsi Big Slam. When I made my up front again, I noticed one guy had 'U.S. Extraditions' written on the back of his polo shirt. I took a closer look at the group, and there were 8 or 9 guys shackled and chained waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. When the cashier handed me my change and wished me a good evening, I squeaked out, "Yeah, you too." Me? Nervous? Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
I finished Eclipse by Stephanie Meyer this week. I've started the next book in the series, Breaking Dawn. If I were Bella, I'd pick Jacob the werewolf instead of Edward the vampire. Jacob seems more fun.
Have you been watching the Olympics? Michael Phelps is a machine!! Six gold medals this olympics, 12 overall making him the winningest Olympian ever!! I've enjoyed watching the table tennis and badmiton matches during the night too. The USA doesn't seem to be the powerhouse it used to be during these Olympics. Maybe that'll change when track and field events start.
Do you think the Chinese women's gymnasts are at least 16 years old? (They have to be 16 during the year of the Olympics.) There's at least one that I don't believe is 16. And according to SportsIllustrated.com, the Chinese government's news agency said that (gold medalist) He Kexin is only 13. But I doubt anything will be done about it. They treat their people badly, poison our pets and children, have terrible air pollution, and yet they're still allowed to have the Olympics.

I'm going to see the new Star Wars movie tonight, The Clone Wars. Woohoo!! I love the Clone Wars era where Anakin Skywalker is moving closer and closer to the edge of the Dark Side.
So do you believe that Bigfoot has really been found? They are only showing pictures (and anyone with Photoshop can doctor) and they're not giving the location of where they found the body. They say they will reveal more photos and DNA evidence today at a press conference.
Is it me, or does this new version of Gather have more ads than it did before?

And, Star Wars, how cool! I love Star Wars! I might just go see the new movie..
Actually, I'll wait till it comes out on DVD.

I just have not been able to get excited about the Olympics this year - oh, shoot, any year, really. I'm genetically impaired - I'm missing the "any interest whatsoever in sports gene." Kudos and congrats to all the athletes who made it that far - you know, to say "only a bronze medal" is just sad, to me. It's an accomplishment just to make the cut.
