When you have reached the 3000 point mark in a single calendar month, you'll receive an email- usually 2-6 weeks after the end of that month.

There is no set date when they send the invite, Jenn. Sometimes it's right away, other times, it takes longer. I've gotten it as quickly as 2 weeks later, and as late as 6 weeks later. I think it depends on how many people qualified, and how many they have to sort out.

Like others have said, you usually get it around the 20th of the following month that you qualify. IE if you qualify in August, you will get the invite around the 20th of August(but it varies wildly based on how many people they have to sort through).

You will get the email in your regular email account that you used when you signed up for Gather, not in your Gather mail here.

Once you make the cash option, you do not have to continue to make a minimum amount of points/cash. Whatever you earn is yours, and you can cash out by check or paypal whenever you want. It usually takes a day(they say 3) to get into your account, so it's not immediate, but close.
