I just discovered this challenge, and think it's a great idea! It'll be really inspiring to see what everyone is doing!
For me, today I had oatmeal for breakfast with a glass of milk, and a chicken and cheese quesadilla for lunch. (Oh cheese! You are my weakness, and my daughter's favorite food :) We'll be going to a church picnic tonight, so I'm going to be trying to control myself and load up with salad and veggies, and maybe a little dessert.
Today I did my first aerobic workout at the Y since Caleb was born. I like to go to classes, because it's much easier for me to enjoy a dance like cardio session than grinding away at a machine. So we had hi-lo floor aerobics today, and I felt like I was going to die. But obviously I didn't and next time will be easier!
