Today for lunch I am having a salad with tuna. I am having tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and tuna with ranch dressing. I needed something cool and light today.
Today is Wednesday. That means I hop in my car and head to a place called the "Sexy Salad." Alas I'm in a rut. It also means I'll probably order the Caesar (normally Chicken) with some dried cranberries and chick peas along with the crutons and the dressing. I might try something different today. Perhaps go back to the dry tomatoes? Forget the chicken and go with an egg?
Sara, where I live I am about 15 to 30 minutes from the vineyards of the North Fork of Long Island. A number of them have tasting rooms and many have outdoor patios. Unfortunately I work 35 minutes in the opposite direction.
Yes Amy, they have a number of base types, and from there you get to add your own toppings. Some toppings have a cost. They will toss it for you as well, adding the dressing. They also have other stuff as well including a breakfast.

You're having what I was thinking of having! how cool is that LOL I got a whole bunch of salad fixins when I went shopping on Sunday and I'm fixin to make a fat salad with tuna..yuuuuum. LOL Although, after looking at Don's girlfriend up there, I'm thinking maybe I lost my appetite. LOL
Suze you should see the emails I am getting from DON he is a meanie one had a steak and fries, another had a banana split he is just teasing the heck out of me on purpose too. I told him for each of those pics he sends I gain 10lbs and he just keeps on!!! LOL
Left over chicken that was cooked on the grill..Hubby didn't get it all the way done..So, I am putting it in th eoven to finish up. What doesn't get eaten. I plan on deboning and adding in to others dishes.
Don is a meanie to do that to you.. just cuz he's skinny he doesn't feel the pain of dieting LOL ...maybe he wants you to fail on your diet and get nice and chubby so you can look like his hot and sexy girlfriend up there. He has a secret thing for big and fluffy chicks.. !! lol i ended up having a salad but instead of tuna I had grilled chicken in it.. I was too lazy to fix the tuna LOL but it was really yummy!
