A cold in August

For those that live in the mountains, you all understand that it can get insanely hot during the day and the complete opposite in cold during the night. It's not uncommon for me to wake up with the sniffles, but I have a full-blown cold right now....and I'm out of vitamin C, great, heh. It'll pass in a day or two and I'll be just fine, but it feels so weird to be sick during the peak of the summer like this.

My little one has a cold as well. I'm sure it came from school but it really sucks to be sick in the summer time. Hope you feel better.

The mountains can get cold. Its not too far for me to the mountains, and it can get pretty chilly during the night, but hot during the day.

I am sorry! I think i have one too..it doesn't help that I sleep right next to the air conditioning vent and i have it set at 69! lol

It was down in the 60's last night, 64 when we were out, and 74 now. Probably get cooler tonight too. sorry you have the sniffles..
