Mix up a big batch of marinade you use often - or at least the base ingredients. Store in a jar in the fridge and add spices, onions, peppers or whatever works for your meal.
Store meat in a freezer bag, add marinade and freeze meat with marinade in the bag.
Add marinade to frozen meat while defrosting in the microwave.
Marinade in a pinch:
Lemon or lime juice
Worcestershire sauce
Soy Sauce
Teriyaki Sauce
Balsamic Vinegar
Italian Salad Dressing
Red or white wine
Coffee
Beer
