Grand Day at the Beach

Today is the last day of my vacation at the beach. We have to be out of our cottage by 10:00 AM Saturday morning.

My husband came back down last night and we decided to make today a Grand Day. We invited the family back down plus more family and friends. Everyone we invited accepted our invitation!

The older kids are coming, the grandkids will all be here. Brothers, sister, cousins, and friends are coming. They are starting to gather on the beach as I write this. They will play in the water and the sand. Then a bar-b-que. Then a campfire and marshmellows.

Today will be a Grand Day at the beach.

I was at the beach too! But my beach was in Oregon. It would have been nice if some of my family could have been there but it was a pretty chilly time this year.
