Being a tall full figured gal, it has always been very hard for me to find clothes that fit properly and don't cost a fortune. I was my full height of 5'11" by the time I was 14, so I have 23 years of aggravated shopping under my belt. There is nothing worse than wearing jeans that barely touch your ankles. And any woman out there knows that most shirts are way too short.
Recently my mom found a place on line called Womanwithin.com
She ordered some shirts and liked them, so I thought I would give it a try. I had never bought clothes online before, but thought it can't be as bad as store shopping.
The prices were great, some stuff was more costly, but that was all stuff that had just come in. There was plenty of clearance items though, so I spent my time sifting through those. There was limited stock on some stuff, since I as looking at summer items and summer is nearly over. 3 items were back ordered, and I received 2 of the 3. I was offered a 20% off coupon for one item and free shipping on my next order for that loss, so it was ok with me.
Shipping was fast, but due to my own rushing and not paying attention to THEIR size charts the clothes were too big. They run big and have a specific chart, that needs to be heeded. SO if you order from them measure self well and read those charts!
I am happy to say that over all I am extremely happy with the clothes(way better quailty than wal-mart or other box stores and cheaper)
I ended up ordering again from their sister company, Roamans.com and put in another order to Womanwithin with the coupons they sent me from the first order. On the second Womanwithin order I got 50% off one item and delayed payment for 3 months on my credit card.
Through Roamans.com I got 20% off one item and free shipping.
I spent about $200 on all 3 orders. But did not find as many tall pants as I wanted, but did find some.
For the money I got:
10 tops, 1 dress, 4 pants and 2 bras
That's an average of $12 an item. And these clothes will last much, much longer than any crap I bought at wally world.
Also their return policy is excellent. They send you a return bag with your order incase you need it. You can have ups pick it up for $7 or you can mail it back on your own which would be cheaper but would require going out to the PO.
*ONE BIG WARNING, IF YOU ORDER FROM THESE PLACES, AT THE END OF YOUR ODER THEIR WILL BE AN OFFER T GET $10 OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER. DO NOT EXCEPT IT! CLICK "NO THANKS" OR YOU WILL BE ENROLLED IN SOME MONTHLY PROGRAM WHICH WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD. I ACCIDENTLY CLICKED YES, BUT WAS ABLE TO CANCEL IT BY CALLING THEM. BUT I HATE THAT, SO BE WARNED. CLICK NO THANKS!!!
All in all I am very happy with my purchases and will be shopping there again...no if I can convince them to add more tall pants.

I finally found some jeans that fit me.
They have made really great strides in making the clothes fit to a more volumptious size.
As a matter of fact, I tried on size 12, and it actually fit!
I had always worn clothes to big, thinking there was no alternative.
But, not now.
I actually found great buys at Walmart.
I am proud that you finally found something that works for you.
And, I am rather happy that I've finally found something for me.
Selene, geeze you are about as big as a doll I once had...lol!
Enjoy your new clothing!
No matter WHERE you shop, be sure to check out RetailMeNot.com before you buy. On the main page enter the website address of the store where you're going to be buying to see if any online coupon codes are available. I have saved hundreds of dollars thanks to this handy website!
If they have petite sizes, I will surely check them out, you never know. I have always had the worst time finding clothes. Don't get me started on shoes! UGH!
Life On The Reservation, check it out please? Thanks
Thanks

Thanks, Mandi!
Thanks for the awesome information. In a household of 4 women, we cover just about every frame and figure type there is and I'm always looking for deals on every size and shape of clothing. Thanks again!
