I have just about finished revising Ghost to Coast for the new volume that will be ghost tours only. I have added some information about each tour and the sort of paranormal activity and/or stories tour-goers can expect. Now, I want to add an article for each state that lists some well-known allegedly haunted places. I already have one from Nick Hawes about Illinois, and I'm very interested in seeing if any of the rest of you here on Gather have articles I can use. I don't care if they've already been posted on here or anywhere else, as long as you have the rights to them. This seems to me like a more authentic way to offer this information than for me to write the articles myself, when I have not been to all of the states.
I cannot pay for the stories, but I will get you copies of the book at my cost when it comes out and of course you will get credit as a contributor, and can write your own bios to include any books, websites, or other information you want to share in them. It looks great on writing resumes to say you've been included in a book, too.
If you have articles I can use, just leave a comment and I will email you, or email me here on Gather.
Also, if you have been on any ghost tours and would like to review them for the book, or if you have pictures from haunted locations that are NOT ORBS, I would be interested in seeing those, as well.
Thanks!

I'd try Jennifer N. if I were you, though. Not sure if she's willing to share her experiences or not, but I know that she's got a lot of good ghost-hunting articles and she's had some pretty neat experiences. You can always give it a shot, at least.
Cybergwen, it will probably be about 4 weeks before I have everything finished, if you have time to write anything. Just let me know.
Anybody who wants to write anything, or has written anything, feel free to send it to me at starmac@bellsouth.net!
