We also only have one maintenance guy here for about 125 apartments. Mind you smaller than town homes, but same amount of issues.

They had an episode on Family Guy where the cable went out and everyone started actually spending time with their family doing stuff.
I used to play Theme Park and you have to hire maintenance people to take care of the rides. If you only had one maintenance guy for 100 rides your park would kill kids, go bankrupt and be shut down. They should think about that!
