This is so true as we go through life. We sometimes forget that nothing in this world is permanent and we wish we had been more attentive to what we do have when we have it, especially with people. At my age I know more dead people than living people, and I am looking forward to being with them again.

It is very hard to live on when the mind dwells on that which has passed on. We hurt as we think of things that we could have done differently but know that the past can't be changed. Try to accept that GOD gives us the destiny that each and everyone of us will once again have the opportunity to be among those who meant so much to us and have been born in the spirit world.
