Putting Down Roots

My oldest brother, who has been renting a house, is looking to buy one in the next month.  He moved his family back to the area a few months ago, but had been hesitant to buy a house because of the insecurity of his job with Delta.  As he’s been searching, he’s been looking all over the Cincinnati area.  They’ve finally settled on a spot between our parents and where we live, which makes my wife and I very happy.  There was a chance they could have moved to Indiana which would have been horrible.

We love that they are going to be so close because we love our niece and nephews.  They are growing up so fast, and we didn’t want to miss out on seeing them.  They are so cute right now.  We go over there and watch shows like Veggie Tales and Noddy with them.  My sister in law is into the Narnia series as well, so we got them some Prince Caspian action figures and other fun items to play with.

We love being around their family so much because their faith is so strong.  They are doing a great job of raising their kids, and we will have a lot to learn from them when we start a family of our own.
