Stinky Candle

Sissy and I went out to run a couple of errands this evening, and I really had so much fun with her!  We are so hillarious when we're together.  I just don't know what my life would be like without my sissy in it.  I have to give big props to my mom for deciding to have another one after me.  :)  I love my sissy.

We went into Linens 'n Things to get sissy some new sheets for her bed since Jager (her dog) ate her old ones...  They have a big giant display of hundreds of those big Yankee candles there, and of course we had to smell all the ones with weird names...

One that really sticks in my mind is this one...

It really looks like it would smell nice...  like a fir tree, candy canes, and maybe some pastries in the oven or something else cliche like that...

But seriously, this candle STINKS!  LOL!  Sissy and I were like, "yeah, it must be Christmas Morning in HELL that smells like that!"  LOL!

Anywho...  We thought it was funny.  So, I guess you had to be there.

You can never tell until you smell! ; ) and sometimes they smell different when you burn them too.

Sorry. to hear aboiut your bad experience. My hsuband is allergic to many things so we don't have candles or scents in our house.

I've come across some horrible ones myself, but what's funny is I have the above candle and burned it for a few hours this morning. Sometimes they smell better when lit. Sometimes not, LOL!!

yea... i've smelled some awful candles in my day... i'll have to smell this Christmas one and see how my nose reacts...hehe...
