i'm surprised Indiana University of Pennsylvania didn't make it.. i have tons of friends that go there.. & i've been there once.. & there are parties allllllll the time ! but Penn State is awesome.. greatttt parties ! haha
FSU is a bit of a stretch, they seem to have a lot of campus cops ready to break up "Said" parties.
But the place that really rocks?

Years ago, mind you
I remember waking up and not remembering!
also I remember buying alot of drinks after going there with $400 in my pocket
I woke up surrounded by college chicks with more money than I started off with.
Turns out they appreciated me being there with them and felt so safe that at the end of the night they not only took me back to their apartment, they gave me my money back
and then some!
Nice chicks, one of them is a city councilwoman now!
