"Everything is permissible for me"--but not everything is beneficial. 1 Corinthians 6:12
Primary dangers with home equity loans:
1. People use them to buy indulgences they don't need.
2. Most loans have a sizable origination fee and an annual maintenance fee.
3. Often the interest rate is variable and can increase monthly.
4. The loan is often a demand note.

Thanks
Thanks.
As to 1 Cor 6:12 I don't know. Does it just mean you have "free will?" Probably something more than that but I don't know what.
Just wanted to let you know that you are being spotlighted in the Friday edition of Today On Gather. I will be posting it shortly. Congratulations!
