1 (18-ounce) box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup evaporated milk, divided
1 (14-ounce) bag caramels, wrappers removed
3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 13x9" baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, butter, and 1/3 cup milk. Press half the dough into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, place remaining 1/3 cup milk and caramels in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Stir constantly til caramels are melted.

Pour caramel mixture over crust. Sprinkle on chocolate chips.

Sprinkle on nuts. Crumble the remaining dough over the top.

Bake another 15 minutes. Cool and slice.
Note: the crumbling step is easier if the dough has been refrigerated.
Delicious Decadence.
