We will celebrate our 120th Anniversary in October. This is not the original building, there were 2 others in other locations. However, my grandpa did a lot of the building on the first original part that you will see.
This is the north east side of my church.

South east side of my church which is the new addition built completed about 3 years ago.

This is the view as you walk into the entrance of the sanctuary.

Closer view of the altar area and the large stained glass window on the north of the church.

Stained glass wndows on the east side of the church.

Stained glass windows on the west side of the church.

Wall of crosses in the entrance way. This is a part of the new addition and they are all donated by different people and all from different places.

My church has hosted a bicycle hostel for just over 30 years. It was upstairs in the parish house until the new addition was built and the parish house was torn down. We moved the beds to the stage in the basement. There are 2 beds. You can see the shelf of bedding. They are provided with a large tv, vcr and dvd player with a wide selection of movies. They are also granted full access to the kitchen where they find a shelf of food marked just for them as well as items in the refrigerator. There is also a shower room built for them. We have bicyclists from all over on a regular basis.

Standing in line to get lunch after church. Today it's a Tex Mex menu.

Eating our Tex Mex....it was yummy!!

I hope you enjoyed your little tour of my church and that you are getting to know me a little better through my posts.

My eyes aren't so great anymore did the altar area have some carvings in the wood?
