Been Away Awhile.

I try to go through my friends' stuff before I do anything else. Even if I don't comment, I rate it. Some comment on my stuff and some don't. I look at this way, I make more going through other people's stuff than I make on my own.

If you are asking if everybody you comment on will return the favor, I highly doubt it. I have 117 friends at the moment and the most views I have ever received was 67. I usually get around 50 views and maybe 30 comments. Hopefully you will get better results.

Welcome back! hope you're finding your way around okay. Usually, if you comment on your connections stuff, some of them will visit you and comment back. Not all will, but some will.. but if you don't post stuff for people to read or look at, or you dont put forth the effort to comment on other people's stuff and build relationships with people, you'll never get comments. Just rating isn't going to help you get ratings and views and stuff.. noone will know you were there unless you leave comments. It does take a while sometimes to build up friendships and get people to come visit you on a regular basis, so just visit and comment and more and more you should see your points growing. Personally, I think getting 67 views and 30 comments, especially with only 117 friends is really, really great! Most don't get near that many on the majority of stuff they post.. some get lots more.. it all depends on what you post and how active you are with your commenting. Not every one of your connections is going to comment on your stuff. :O)

I too get frustrated with my photographs when no one responds to them. i have several that have one or two commets and that's it. Almost not worth adding them to gather.

I haven't been doing much commenting on anyone lately. Guess I'm just not in that kind of mood, plus I've been busy with the DVD slide shows and such.
