Congrats to James B! 

He is the winner of my "Guess It and Get It!! book Giveaway."  With the clues given, he guessed the correct title and author: 

The Big Over Easy by Jasper Fforde!

I thank everyone for playing and hope to do something similar real soon... but maybe not quite so difficult.  This was a fun test to see how it would go and perhaps it could use a little bit of tweaking for the next time around.
