For years I have been known by some as the “Omelet King,” a name coined because I have three Guinness World Records related to omelet-making – yes, it’s true! After making 427 omelets in 30 minutes, I officially became the “World’s Fastest Omelet Maker.” I am also the fastest omelet flipper and I made the fastest single omelet ever recorded. Those are my records. So I guess people might consider me to be pretty incredible.
As the “World’s Fastest Omelet Maker,” I work for the American Egg Board and travel around the country (and world) showing people how to make omelets and other egg dishes. Showing people how to make a protein-packed meal in just 40 seconds is my favorite part of my job.
Another favorite part of being the “Omelet King” is getting to meet other incredible people. So many everyday people are working hard to help kids and families eat and live better – in ways that are far more impactful than being the world’s fastest omelet maker! In fact, viewers of the “Rachael Ray Show” have been getting to know some of these incredible people over the past few months, thanks to a partnership between the American Egg Board and the “Rachael Ray Show”. These people’s stories have been truly incredible – from using dogs to help kids lose weight to teaching kids to grow and cook their own food in gardens! You can catch the last “incredible people” episode of the “Rachael Ray Show” on July 30!
This “Incredible” group is all about the kinds of people who were featured on the “Rachael Ray Show” – people who inspire others, whether it’s their family, neighbors, friends, students, or co-workers, to eat more healthfully. But we know they aren’t the only ones doing incredible things. We want to hear from you! Maybe you’re a teacher who started a garden at your school so students could grow their own vegetables. Or maybe your best friend makes sure her kids get a good breakfast every morning before school, no matter how crazy the house is, and you think that’s pretty incredible.
So go ahead, share your stories about people who are inspiring others to eat more healthfully!

And, if just one of those pleats is for a dish like an omelet, which itself has hundreds of variations, you really have an endless array of ways to make eggs. The bad rap is over - eggs are so good for you. They really are... incredible!
My favoite is pouched eggs on toast.
looking forward to post
