A Shaddow Inside The Shell. poetry please - one...

The water rushes in cool and calm over my skin.
I stumble around the inner threads of my mind,
and come up dry.
Tiny blue pebbles tumble over my bare feet.
The sand scrapes against the front of my toes,
with dreams of dancing.
A sound echoing deep and hollow whispers up to me from bellow the swelling sea.
I reach my hand down to grasp hold of the distant fragments of a once forgotten memory.

The small grains of the earth quickly slip between my fingers.
Some is gone, returned back to the push and pull of foliage,
but not all of it is ever washed away.
I slowly extract my hand from the clouded wetness beneath me.
Inside is a sound whispering a secret from someone I have always never known,
yet I knew my whole life.
I open my hand and trace my fingers around the rough edges of a perfect beigh seashell.
There is a story that it conseals inside its hollow form that cries out in desperate tones begging to tell.

A secret that is not unlike my own.
A story echoing from the heart of my soul,
quietly resting inside.
I place the fragile piece of solutude to rest along the outer rim of my left ear.
All the words turn into a series of gentle moving sounds,
rushing right through me.
Beneath a blanket of cold dripping moments the fragmented vissions of soundless choices roll me over and nearly pull me under.
It flashes brightly with movements that seem to grow in sound until it trembles in my mind like a vivatious thunder.

I close my mind.
Unable to hold it anymore.
My hand begins to unbind.
And I release it to the Ocean floor.
