Free Music Downloads Plus From Der Spiegal Music Website

I stumbled across this website looking for something else. They have a huge amount of free muisc downloads on the site. I have to admit I like, but don't keep up with the music that is coming out today. I kind of stopped with New Wave and Punk (That dates me doesn't it!). So I am not sure how "popular" the groups are worldwide. To negotiate what downloads they have to offer go to the website above. Click on the tags to the left to see the different genres of free music they have to offer. Oh, anything that says "gratis" is free. There are somewhere between 50 and 100 songs per category.

This site also has some really good online radio stations. I have to warn you that the site is in German. So if you want to browse it (and don't read German) you might want to do so through http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en or another online page translation tool. So http://www.lastfm.de/listen becomes http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.lastfm.de%2Flisten&sl=de&tl=en&hl=en&ie=UTF-8 . Be patient with Goggle translator today, its a little uphappy.
