- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - This is the shooting game to be playing on PC right now. It's also extremely popular on the PS3 and Xbox 360. It's a very fast paced first person shooter set in present day with modern weapons. Most of the maps and pretty small so the action is frenetic, but that makes it easy to jump in and play. It takes a little while to master the game, but once you get good it gets even more fun.
- Company of Heroes - This is a completely awesome strategy game based around World War II. You start out taking the beach at Normandy, then work your way inland and kill Nazis along the way. It's sort of like a Command & Conquer game, but I think it's much better. I love being able to formulate my own battle plans for taking out enemy bunkers and such. You should definitely check out this game if you love a good RTS.
