Darkness swirls around me
Sailing, flying through mists upheld.
Now I am rising, looking, and seeking.
But, for what? I cannot tell.
Then a clearing opens slowly,
And I see the one who knows me well.
"Yes, through darkness you must travel,
For the purpose you must fill.
For a span, a life with sadness
But, I promise, it's just until
The fires in which I will mold you,
Have given you the proper skills.
Then in you, I will awaken
All you learned from the walk uphill
And you will find your purpose waiting
And your companion for your journey to fulfill.
You have just begun to serve me
As to your purpose, time will tell
Just hold your faith and continue learning
As I give you your gifts as well."
