To Ron, Wayne, Boris, and Thomas - And all the Gatherers we love to love

There have been several groups set up recently to honour certain individuals on Gather. Many of you may not know about these groups, or the people who they honour (or the people who started them), so I am writing this to make you aware. We have many interesting, insightful, intelligent people on Gather who have a great sense of humour and wonderful POV's (point of view). But some people we find to be just more so. For that reason groups have been set up to honour these individuals. (Ok, I admit I jumped on the bandwagon.) Let me help you to learn a little about these groups and the people they were set up to honour.

The first group I would like to mention is Ron B, Internatural Man of mastery, all around good guy http://ronbgood.gather.com/  . I actualy wrote a little essay about Ron for his group, it is written from the perspective of a grade school student, but what it says comes from the heart. Dr. of Curmudgeon; esq http://bookman.gather.com/ who started the group, Ron is a heck of a nice guy!

Next there is a group started by Laura C. http://lauraanne.gather.com/  , its called Wayne P.'s World http://waynepsworld.gather.com/ and is dedicated to her friend Fred Astaire, ok just joking, Wayne P. Wayne http://yakko62.gather.com/  joined Gather Aug 17, 2006 and is from Reno, Nevada (the biggest little city in the world, What is Reno famous for again?). I don't know Wayne as well as I know Ron, but hope to. Wayne says he is on Gather to find spiritual people, like minded, clairvoyant/spiritual medium types.

Alot of the poets and writers on Gather know this next person. Welcome to Boris' Bordello of Brevity! ( http://borisbordello.gather.com/  ) Yes our very own Boris G. Boris ( http://bozlich.gather.com/  ) is a very interesting person. He has been amazing people on Gather with his various types of  writing and his philosphy since Jan 15, 2007. He comes to us from Melbourne, Australia. His ambition in life is to become a child prodigy when he grows up. I have to say to the group founder Rev. BeJeezus Cripes http://lostbird.gather.com/  that this is an inspired choice and thank him.

Last, but not least is our own (another) resident philosopher and wordsmith who (along with his compatriots over at the group http://artisgreat.gather.com  ) inspires me everyday Thomas W.( http://gaidin.gather.com/  ) Thomas is the type of person who enjoys a good challenge and through this challenges you. He has a really interesting POV  that can be eye-opening, refreshing, alarming, exciting, I could go on and on because he brings so many facets to combining the written word. Thomas joined Gather Mar 09, 2007 and hails from Columbia, South Carolina. So here are seven fascinating (at least to me) people on Gather. I know I did not tell you alot, but hope I told you enough to get you interested. If you don't know them or about their groups, drop by for a visit and get to know all about whats going on. Make a connection with the groups and/or with some of these very nice and extremely interesting people.
