We decided to have cereal for dinner. I do this sometimes myself (it's just too darn hot to eat warm food), but today my sons says they want breakfast as well....and they are getting it. They both had leftover chicken curry and rice for lunch so we just changed the day around a bit. I'm making mashed potatoes for my husband, and I took out some ham from the freezer that I had already cooked.

I haven't decided for sure yet, but I'm leaning toward mashed potatoes with cheese, along with some corn, and maybe some chicken strips or something. Then for dessert we will have fresh strawberries and kiwis! Mmmm :)

I have no idea! It's so hot that I don't really want to cook, but I'll have to. I'll be looking through the freezer in a little bit to see what I can make.

I have no idea what I'll be preparing. It's way to early to even start thinking about it as I usually don't eat until 10:00 - 11:00PM. Maybe I'll fry up a couple hamburgers and eat up the leftover potato salad I have. It all depends on how tired I am and how late it is before I decide to eat. It might end up being some peanut butter on a hamburg roll and call it a day.

Who knows? I was spoiling my appetite with cookies a little while ago. Plus, I ate a late lunch. Dinner will be later; I'll figure it out when I hit the kitchen.
