This is very tasty and quick to make
1/2 pound tenderized round steak
1 (15oz.) can mexican-style stewed tomatoes
3/4 Cup salsa
2 teaspoons beef bouillon
Cut beef into serving-size pieces and dredge in flour.
In skillet, brown steak in a little oil.
Mix tomatoes, salsa and beef bouillon and pour over steak.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
