lost old poems,
some from high school,
others from college days,
still more about love.
moving like all insults,
allows us to lose these things.
tears and woe, there's no retrieving them!
serious poems, rhymes, odes, ballads, free verse,
simple rhymes, sweet poems, sad poems,
all kinds of poems.
yes, poems styled like Sandburg,
e.e. cummings, Whitman, many others.
only an engineer with an english minor could
do this with his creations. what a
sorry, sad tale, it is to tell!
