fat soluble [a SUMMER Re-Run].


First I'll admit that even though for brevity's sake I often refer to her as the 'ex', we never married..
Ten years is close enough for most people though and so I just usually don't explain..

In any case one night she and I were watching the (then) new "THAT 70's SHOW", one of the first episodes...

There was a spot where the leading kid 'Eric' has to go talk to his parents stoned out of his mind.
He's weaving around trying to look unfazed but finally I had to turn to Jude and say... "is that WALL REALLY moving???"
Which brought gales of laughter from her, as it should have.
The props guys had taken an entire kitchen wall put it up on some sort of gimbals and slowly rocked it back and forth while the kid tried to maintain a straight face.

Having seen some of that about his age, I wasn't sure whether it was the show, me, or some sort of 25 yr old suddenly emerging fat soluble substance..

so it goes..
