Party Time/ today's sample drink and appetizer

Today's sample drink is:

Red Snapper

1Â oz.	Crown Royal
1/4Â oz.	Amaretto
3/4Â oz.	Cranberry Juice

Combine in shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a shot glass. Can also be served over ice in a rocks glass.

Today's appetizer is Black Bean Salsa:

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed 1 pkg.Â (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce 1/2 cupÂ TACO BELLÂ® HOME ORIGINALSÂ® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

MIX all ingredients until well blended. Serve with tortilla chips.

That salsa sounds great but I'm not sure about the barbecue sauce part. I love everything else though. Well ..... except the booze. I'm thinking it sounds like a strange combination. But not being someone who drinks, I'm not really sure.

I wish I had some frozen corn I'd go make some of that salsa. Mmm .....
