How many emails in your box - july 6

I cannot believe it has been 24 years already! 24 years ago today I went into labor with my #2 daughter. It was 16 hours. I thought we were going to lose her when she went into fetal distress. They started an IV into her(while still inside) head and brought her back into the safety zone. When she finally came out that night, boy did she look beat up. But she was ok and that was the main thing.

Now I look at her and it is so strange seeing this beautiful young woman. Of course, she will always be my baby. Where did all the years go, it was just yesterday I was lying in the hospital with this tiny thing next to me. In three weeks an even stranger feeling will be coming....her older sister will be 28!

I remember thinking how and I supposed to go out with 2 little girls, but my the time 3 & 4 came...I was a pro! Soon the days will come when I will be called Grandma, I suspect it will happen within the next 2 years. My girls will probably want me to help them, show them the ropes! Just as my mother showed me. I guess it is this life circle that never ends....

What is really going to be strange...is when #4 graduates HS and leaves home...and in essence...it isn't all that far away. We are all getting old...
