Before and After's at Salon Antoine's in San Diego

Now that its summertime, my daughter & I were both tired of our long hair. Although pretty, our hair was just way too long. (down to the bottom of our backs)
 I was starting to get headaches from the weight of it. It was just time for a good haircut.

These are our before shots.









Lucky for us, or unlucky in some ways, our hair grows so fast haircuts just do not last. I knew exactly where to go. I have a favorite salon here in San Diego, so I made an appointment for both of us & off we ran.

 We both feel like movie stars!
I am very picky about who cuts my hair. I always have been. I have been going to this salon for several years now without fail.
I have been to salon's in the past where they just do not listen to you about how you want your hair done.
Or worse, if you ask what type of style they recommend & they will not tell you honestly.
Now, I will not go see anyone else for my haircuts, except for Antoine.
First, the place is beautiful. It's small, but quaint. Venice type murals on the walls, very light & airy.
Antoine is an excellent stylist. His haircuts last twice as long because they are so precise. There are two other stylists who are also very talented.
Antoine's takes good care of you.The stylists really listen.
Even if I need a quick appointment, they always fit me in.
If you are in or near San Diego it's well worth the trip.
Antoine's is located in the Hillcrest area.

Your haircuts look very nice! Alas, I'm a bit toooooo far from that area so I won't be checking out the salon, but it's good to know if I'm ever over that way and need a trim. ;-)

I have a wonderful stylist that I love in Minnesota (I live in Texas), so everytime I am back in MN I see her & have my hair done. I don't even say what I want, I just tell her to make me cute & she does!

Your hair looks great. If I lived in San Diego, I would go for sure!

When I had long hair, I would get headaches, too. I always thought that was just an old wives' tale, but it's always been true for me.

Your hair cuts look great but I am sighing over the loss of your long hair.
Three years ago I cut my mid back length hair to my shoulders to make it healthier.
I regreted the loss. (and its still growing back)
