Photo Theme Challenges ~ Winners, Hiatus, & New Prompt

Our last theme was FOUNTAIN ... and we had 21 entries.  We now have three winners!!!

NOW, I know you've all gotten the email I sent regarding my upcoming vacation and I got a great idea from one of our group members: why not do a theme for the duration of my vacation?  FANTASTIC!  I'm going to make it easy ... but I'm also going to place a limitation on it FOR GOOD REASON.  Submit your ONE (1) BEST, MOST CREATIVE &/OR IMPRESSIVE PHOTO during this theme.  This is for two reasons, actually:  1) it will give people more time to participate, and 2) most people will wait to submit until towards the end of the theme so there will be less for me to approve for the group while I'm away. 

This next week's theme is:   SIMPLE PLEASURES (not sexual, people!)

I'm looking for examples of the simple pleasures we have available to us regardless of demographics, such as sunsets, porch swings, s'mores, sandcastles, bubble-blowing, pony rides, little girls playing dress-up, making cookies (licking the bowl!), hand-holding, and so on and so forth.

Have fun and make it your best!  Make a statement with a soft black & white or make it stand out with bright colors or depict an obvious fun moment.

THIS THEME IS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY, August 9th, 2008.
Winners will be selected & presented with the new theme on Sunday, August 10th, 2008.

Post pics to the group with 'Photo Theme Challenges" in the tags as well as the prompt "simple pleasures". 
I will NOT approve the pic for the group unless you have the current theme in the tags!  I will share the best of the best in a post similar to this one at the end of the contest period.
