Apple Pizza

this is a fun dessert to make and to eat works out great for family reunions everone loves Pizza

 

1 pkg. sugar cookie dough

1 8-oz. cream cheese

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/3 c. caramel topping

4 apples

 

Put cookie dough in a 9 x 13-inch pan or pizza pan. Spread dough evenly on bottom of pan. Bake at 350 drgrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly  brown. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, brown sugar and caramel topping together. Spread over cooled cookie dough. Core, peel and slice 4 apples and put in pineapple juice, so apples won't turn brown. Then arrange apples on pizza and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy!

This sounds wonderful, but I can not think of a single way to make it ok for a diabetic (sigh.)

I'm with you Rhetta some of these recipes sound so good but I can't have them because I'm diabetic too.
