This was a great quiz; a real eye-opener. It amazed me at how little I really knew & how hard I had to think on a couple of the questions.

Sarah, I published this here on Gather because I thought it was kind of fun. Ok, I realize that the constitution is not (in keeping with it being the 4th of July here) everyone's cup of tea. I was actually kind of embarassed that I only got 8 of the 10 right seeing it was my concentration in college. I do alot of those "Name a word that starts with..." things so I thought people might be able to have fun with this. I guess I was wrong.

I got 8 of them because secon guessed myself on 1 otherwise it would have been nine. I didn't expect to do that well though. It has been a while since high school. Thanks for posting this. I found it interesting and fun.

Mary Ann you did better than I did and my concentration was constitutional history! Shame on me! I guess "the little grey matter" as Poiret puts it is not firing up that well these days for me!

I missed one should have read it better. My husband was surprised, as history is hard for me to remember.

I answered about three or four wrong. Been out of school 46 years. A long time. I do have a Declaration of Independence hanging on my wall. I think in 31 years only two people have ever noticed it.

Ouch. I got 8, but thought I'd do better than that! It's been 9 years now since I was boy scout merit badge counselor for the citizenship in the nation badge.

I botched 2 questions...darn. Should have gotten them.

Chana - hee hee hee cup of tea. I am torn between embarassed and glad that I got all 10 right. I think the Constitution whould be everyones' cup of tea so to speak....at least for all US Citizens. Now there were some questions that it would seem the answer to is pretty moot now so many years later. But I think that learning from history is the best way to at least minimialize if not erradicate repeating mistakes of the past, and part of that is really trying to understand everything that led to that moment. And no I do not consider the United States Constitution a mistake.

There was one question that I will say School House Rock really benefited me. The question was something to the effect of What was not one of the purposed of writing the Constitution and 3 of the 4 are in the preamble which I memorized from School House Rock more than anything....is that sad?? Or does just learning it counter learning it from a children's song?
